Comments at discussion forums
I just received an interesting e-mail about the discussion forums here at diabetes.blog.com:
I discovered your diabetes blog a few days ago and have visited it several times already. I keep going back to see if anybody has added fresh comments. I would like to offer two suggestions about the blog site:
It would be convenient for repeat visitors if the new messages were placed at the top of the list instead of at the bottom, so that the most recent comments were on the top.
It would also be convenient if the commentor would be more visibly associated with the message. Right now, I can't tell if the person's name belongs to the message above it or below it.
I completely agree with the reader's points (they annoy me also, but sadly this seems to be a feature of the software that www.blog.com uses, that can't be adjusted).
It's a good idea, and I'll write the company and maybe someday they might implement it!

Diabetes.Blog.Com is a blogcompanion to our main website, the Diabetes Monitor, which you can find at www.DiabetesMonitor.com
At the Diabetes Monitor today: physician-researchers urge new understanding of type 2 diabetes.

Would you set up a forum for patients plan to or alreading taking Symlin to share experience? Byetta forum is too crowded for symlin users. Thanks.

For those of you who wish to somehow reimburse for this service, I guess you could go to our main website, the Diabetes Monitor at (www.diabetesmonitor.com), and look at all the ads (as well as the information --- duh!) and click on links whenever something strikes your fancy -- Google pays websites (including DiabetesMonitor.com) a few pennies for every "clickthrough" to Google's advertisers...
